In addition to her role as a Notary Public, Phuong has a notable history of leadership in the mortgage sector and is proud of her 8-year service with the USMC Reserves. She also holds an MBA in Finance from American University, further supporting her expertise in financial matters related to notary services.

Shirley Lu is a distinguished Vietnamese native speaker with a profound expertise in both English and Vietnamese languages.
